# Privacy Policy for Tremors

Last updated: 2026-06-04

This Privacy Policy describes how the Tremors app ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use the app on your Apple Watch.

## Summary

Tremors does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data created by your use of the app stays on your device.

## Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store on a server, or transmit:

- Your name, email address, or any account information

- Location data

- Contacts, photos, or any other personal content

- Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us

- Advertising identifiers

## Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your Apple Watch in app storage and is never sent off the device:

- Total seconds of haptic session usage per day, used to display your daily and weekly usage history within the app

- Your preferences (selected cycles, durations, BPM mode, toggle settings)

This information is removed automatically if you uninstall the app.

## HealthKit

Tremors uses Apple's HealthKit framework to start a workout session so that haptic feedback can continue while the screen is off or you lower your wrist. The app does not read any health data from HealthKit, and any workout session created is discarded when the session ends rather than being saved to your Health app.

While a session is active, watchOS may credit your move ring as it does for any active workout session. This is a system behavior and not data we collect.

## Third Parties

Tremors does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no third parties involved in your use of the app.

## Children

Tremors is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

## Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
